In occlusion, and for reasons stated above, I think I must
not omit reporting to you that I cabled, on the 6th ingiant, to the London house of Messre, keiss & Company as follows:
"Regret, regardless warning my letter twentyeighth January, you and or Hongkong firm surreptitiously appreached Texas Company, through Hong kong Bank, and attempted (to) obtain agmay-agreement excluding my Company and without its written consent
Therefore Company hereby holda your two fime responsible for all consequences resulting this flagrant breach (of) June oon- tract, also for injurious statements to Texas and others, including also for damages if Company losse agency."
